Hi there,

I have a website domain name registered in my name via netnames.

I want to migrate to eukhost, (not started the process yet) but problem is the .com name is about to expire - on the 24/3.

Who do i renew it with ? do i wait for it to expire ? etc, etc ?

any advice appreciated.

You need to ask netnames to provide you with "Domain Transfer Authorization EPP key" as soon as possible. don't allow your domain to expire as Netnames will keep it with them for at least 1 year once it expires.

Provide us with the "Domain Transfer Authorization EPP key" and we will initiate transfer request for your domain name. If Trannsfer procedure is not completed before 22nd then you will need to get your domain name renewed with Netnames as there won;t be any other option in that case. Hopefully, we will get it trannsferred in 24 - 48 hours.

Thanks - still might make it then.

They have given me a form to fill in which requires ....

- email address or NIC Handle
- Primary Name Server
- Secondary Name Server

Can you let me know what details I should use.

Email address should be your email address. Nameserver details should be as following :-

ns47.eukdns.com
ns48.eukdns.com

please send it to billing@eukhost.com or you can use it in online domain transfer process which can be done from https://www.eukhost.com/mb/order/
