Domain ownership details and whois

I've registered a domain and have since realised that all of my personal details are available via whois.net. Is there any way around this? I thought this info could either be suppressed or that eUKhost is shown as the 'owner' but I'm not sure what that entails. In short, I don't want my details broadcast like that. Any advice?

You will need to purchase whois privacy protect service to hide your information in whois. This will cost £9 per year extra.

If you need only minor information changed like hiding the phone number or email address then we can do that but changing the owner name has to be done through whois privacy protect service only.

You can hide certain things on the whois entry but the name of the person who has registered the name has to be shown. I would suggest you contact the billing department or support regarding this.

Thanks for the reply. Actually, I would like the address, phone number and email hidden. Otherwise I'm ok with leaving the name. Could that be done easily, or do I still need the privacy protect? If so, who do I contact?

Please open a ticket for our billing team from http://support.eukhost.com. They will change whois information of your domain to default administrative contact which will be our information.
