Loosely related someone isn't maintaining the IM accounts again it would seem. Whilst the AIM account tends to be fairly active the MSN one (according to Trillian) was last seen a month ago, suggesting it isn't being logged in.
You mean to say that support[@]eukhost.com MSN is not logged in ?
It has online status in my messenger right now. Not sure why it wont show online to you. If you can provide me with your MSN address then that would help me to figure out the problem.
