I signed up for a reseller account tonight, and arranged the transfer in of one domain. I have one further domain to transfer in when the hosting is up and running. I would like that one to be the free one if possible.

if you have a reseller package would you not be better off having your domain names held in UKREG or similar? As supportive as eukhost are, I like to keep my names separate from my host - all-eggs-in-one-basket and all that. You can transfer your domains into ukreg for free then simply point your nameservers to your eukreg reseller account.

That's not a bad idea, I'll look into that. I just prefer to have a centralised admin area for the whole package.
I have had a VS at Designer servers for a while, and found that very rarely do both DNS and hosting fail simultaneously - and if either fail - neither work - so it isn't that critical to separate them.
Thanks for the suggestion though.

.co.uk domains are controlled with IPS Tags. To transfer a .co.uk domain you need to get its IPS tags changed. More information about IPS tags is available at http://www.eukhost.com/support/knowl...-domains-tags/

you did a mistake at the time of signup. You had chosen to transfer .com domain while the .com domain is not yet registered. I've made necessary changes in the billing system to sort this problem and transfer request has been initiated by our billing system.

Its pretty inexpensive, I don't think we'll have any problems with that .
Where do I get the IP and login details for the hosting platform? Will that get sent automatically by the system?

It will be sent to you in next 30 - 60 minutes. You have chosen Windows Reseller hosting plans so it takes some time for setup of this accounts as the account setup for windows plans is done manually.
