free domain hosting plan

the packages say that one new packages have free domains, I have the following questions:

does that mean as long as we keep paying by the year, we will have that free domain?

do we have to initiate that free domain when we sign up, or can we wait for a while as I already have a domain and wish to save the other one for later

Hello Kanasta,

You get a free domain name of your choice only for the 1st year(.com /.net /.co.uk /.org/.info/.biz) if you pay for hosting annually. .co.uk domains are registered for 2 years but we give domain name free for 1 year only. If you wish to register a .com domain then the domain would be completely free but .co.uk domains are registered for 2 years minimum as per policies of nominet so we charge for 2nd year's registration at the time of sign up.

You will have to initiate that free domain at the time of sign up only. While you sign up you need to select the option 'Register New Domain'.
