Default gold package + payment over due

Hi,

Not 100% this is in the correct place but here goes,

I currently have my site running on the gold package but my bill is over due at the moment, I have been very Ill for the past month in and out hospital so havent had a chance to pay the bill.

I will however be paying in the next week when i have the cash, I have two domain names one i would like to cancel if possible but still keep my other domain that i have with 1&1 running on my gold package.

Can this be done?

Thanks.

Hello Lee,

This can be done. However you will have to email our billing team for this. Its a part of the authentication process which we have to adhere to. Please include the domain name you wish to cancel and the domain name which you wish to retain to avoid confusions.
