Sorry didnâ€™t know where to post this. Now I have forgot when my next bill Is for my webspace and domain name I know its this month but not quite sure when. Is there any chance of me finding out?

Yep.

All you need to do is open our members login page from https://www.eukhost.com/mb/ and login in your members account.

If you have forgotten your password then choose the "Forgot password" option and new password will be emailed to you. Once you login you can check the services under your account and my finance section will have details of invoices paid earlier and due invoices if there's any outstanding invoice.

If you find this difficult then let me know your domain name over here and I will get back to you with the status. Alternatively you can contact our billing department from our helpdesk :- http://support.eukhost.com and one of our billing person will get back to you with the details.

Your account was setup with us on 25th Jan 2006 so the invoice would be sent in first week of Jan 2006. It will be sent to leew*****@aol.com.

You can recover the password by providing this email address in forgot password section of our members login page.

Thanks, Sorry i don't have access to that email account as i have changed internet provider, Is there a way of changing that email address to another?

You will need to open a ticket for our billing department to get the email address changed.

Provide with following information for verification :-
Address :
phone number :
previous email address :
new email address :

One of our phone support executive will call on the number for verification and we will proceed and change your email address.
