I'm using your in-house affiliate system (it looks like you upgraded to idev affiliate) and everytime I make a withdrawal request, nothing happens. I also don't think you have my paypal email.

Any help would be appreciated.

I've got this sorted for you as per our discussion on AIM.

Payouts are done only on 10th of every month.

hi Mark,

this october payout is rather slow... i haven't receive mine .. its 23rd oct today.

few days back.. in affiliate console i notice that the commission total been set to $0... and now its growing from $0..
but i still havent receive payment yet.

Hi Charles,

I'm not sure what went wrong day before yesterday, but all Affiliate payments were made for those who had balance of more than £50 in their affiliate account. I've cleared your affiliate payment of £394 just now.

I had to delete some fraud orders which came through your website and somehow all orders got deleted from the affiliates system. I managed to recall the amount which was to be paid to you and this has now been sent to you.

I apologise for the trouble as something went wrong from my side day before yesterday. We delete previous orders from our new affiliate system once we add credit in our old affiliate system. All payouts are done from our old affiliate system only. You can login to your old affiliate account to check history of payments.

I am having the same issue. I tried withdrawing 2 times and no one answered. Then I sent an email to sales and did not get a response. I am very disappointed. What is going on?

You have joined our Affiliate Program on 19th September 2008, and none of your referral signups have passed the 30 day money back guarantee period. You will need to wait till your signups complete 30 days and then we will pay affiliate commission on 10th November for those signups which were received before 10th October 2008.

Withdrawal requests submitted from the Affiliate system will not be processed till your signups complete 30 days.

Thanks for the reply. I am curious about how the 20% works. Is it just on the first order? Why does it show annual/quarter/monthly in the affiliate console if only the initial order counts? I am a bit confused.

Hi Zlatan,

We pay 20% affiliate commission only on the first payment that we receive from the referral signup. Our web hosting plans are cheap and we can't afford to pay anything more than 20% on affiliate signups. eUKhost is the first choice of its Affiliates as we have better conversion rate and 100% monthly payouts.

Some We Hosting companies offer $125 Affiliate commission for each referral, but they find 20 different reasons to reject payouts. I'm not sure how they manage to offer $125 Affiliate commission if the referral signup pays only $9.95 per month.

Our top 3 Affiliates together refer more than 200 signups a month and they never question our affiliate policies. You need to decide if you need monthly secure income or risk your potential customers with other web hosts.
