its about 2 year that I am designing web website hostings , I always use aspSmartUpload in my web website hostings, and also I have used that for my main web website hosting, which I have moved to your host, I got Standard Windows Reseller,
Please install aspSmartUpload (Its FREE) , or atleast one of the above components, our upload section doesn't work anymore

I am not able to figure out your domain name as the email address you are using for this forum is not listed in our billing system. Your existing IP address is also not matching with any signup IPs so I will need to know your domain name or IP of the server on which your account is hosted.

we are not able to install aspSmartUpload as they have discontinued service. Our system administrators are looking for some alternative in place of aspSmartUpload.

I will get back to you once we have another option available in place of aspSmartUpload

Ok, Persits AspUpload is also good but its not free , if you don't have any problem with its price , use that.

Are you sure you have installed that ?
because I still get error :

this error means the components is not installed
please check again, my Dedicated Server name I think is : WIN1

They have installed it but they mentioned that it needs to be used with some minor modification in code.

I am waiting for our both senior windows system admins who installed this as they didn't forward information to use it to other staff members.

They will be here in 3 hours so lets wait till they come.
