Move database

Hi All,
After many months of prep I've finally just ordered my second account with you.
Now, I'd like to move/copy/clone one of my domains/databases [smf.wysifa.net] to my new account [cowcare.info].
Who do I contact to do this, do I leave a ticket with support or go on live chat ?
Is it possible to rename the moved [etc] smf.wysifa.net to 'forum@cowcare.info' or will this be done automatically ?
[Looking forwards to having to upgrade this new account due to it's popularity !]

Hi Jon,
Just let me clarify what you want to do. Are you trying to move one website hosting across from one account to another? Or is it you want to move a forum which is on your current web site hosting to a different domain name? From what you say, I'm guessing this is some kind of forum with a database attached to it?

Regarding the rename, is this just the the address for which the forum is accessed?

If you can tell me those things, I should be able to help you a bit more.

Yes, I want to move a forum from wysifa.net to my new account cowcare.info [does'nt appear to be up yet], I mentioned database to try and help find it easier.

That's fine. It should be a reasonably easy migration. Support should be able to help if you ask them.
