One year of continual poor service
One year of poor service, overloaded shared servers and uninterested support. Never an explanation for the poor service, just the same double talk over and over again. Overloaded servers, red flashing status warning lights, unable to access forums, and support says "your site is fine, don't pay attention to the server status it's a cpanel bug" lol Eukhost is a joke.

Hmmm, I am sad to hear about your problems Manny but it would seem rather out of character for eUKhost to be behaving this way.
Support always seem happy to help and seem to be efficient at sorting problems out. Is there anyone in particular you have had problems with? And any chat logs to verify this?
Which shared server are you based on? I would be surprised about eUKhost letting a shared server become overoccupied! Its normally underoccupied so there is a safety net as far as I understand. Maybe your particular server is suffering difficulty at the moment or has a user on who is abusing there account - these issues are normally sorted out very swiftly.
Which red lights are flashing in cPanel? If you are a bit more specific it could help us understand and solve the problem. Same with the "unable to access forums". Do you mean your forums or the eUKhost forums?
I have never heard support of advising to ignore warning lights for no reason. Maybe if you could provide the chat transcript it could shed a little more light on the situation.
Hopefully we will be able to solve your problems quickly and efficiently .

Okeedokee, here are some examples.
The only time I would create a trouble ticket is if the website was inaccessible or malfunctioning, etc. with server status icons flashing red.

Hello,
There is no problem regarding the space on the server. As there is quite sufficient space available on the server. Our system Admins will need to do some changes on the server to get the partition with the accurate space. And this work will be carried out when there is least traffic on the server. So please do not worry about it as it will be sorted out for sure.
Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance. We will be glad to assist you further.

Victor J,

Well golly, I sure hope they fix that darn cpanel bug, because every time it shows that pesky, "faux" red warning light, my website coincidentally goes down !

I'm not sure why usage of /home is concerning you so much. Server Load is normal and disk usage is monitored from our end. I've asked one of our senior system admins to move home directory of some big accounts on secondary drive and disk usage will come down below 70% once the home directories of some big accounts is moved on secondary drive.
We have SAS drives o this server which are known to be very high performance drives. SAS drives have size limitations and thats the only reason why /home is above 90% right now. Server is not at all overloaded as the load is below 2 most of the times. Load increases only when our backup servers start taking backups and there's no other way to make 100% backup of servers without using CPU resources.
We have many customers on this forum hosted on same server ( Viking ) and they've had no problems with their forums or shopping carts. Disk Space is the only thing that seems to be bothering you too much and this will be sorted in next 2 hours.

Dear Seymour,

I hope thats sufficient for your website.

Glad to see that the problem has been resolved for you Manny F.
The warning you are having doesn't seem directly relational to your problem. The red flashing status light you are refering to is regarding disk space - disk space should not affect whether your website is loading or not.
Now if your problem was that you couldn't create a new file, or save updates to your website, then maybe they would be related but the one thing to remember is that load is not proportional to disk space.
You can have loads of disk space free and a very high load on a server. Equally you can have very little disk space free and a low load on the server. There is no direct link between the two.
Good luck with your website .
PS - also like I said, if you stick with it and provide information, as you did in your reply, the problem is solved with a great deal of speed and efficiency. Information is the key to solving web hosting difficulties! .
