Is it possible to access my site before switching my domain name across?

I'm currently building a new site, but would ideally like to complete it all before switching the DNS settings on my domain name.

Is there any way to view/upload files on my eUK server without switching the domain across?

Yes,

to access FTP use the servers' hostname or IP address, such as:

ftp://harrier.eukhost.com

if you want to view the website hosting, also use the hostname or IP address, including your username (~ is also needed).

for example: http://harrier.eukhost.com/~yourusername/

I you have a windows account & want to access your domain before the DNS switch, use this "Sitepreview" feature from within the Plesk control panel, or use this syntax: http://server-ip/$sitepreview/domain.com/ where server-ip = actual server's IP address & domain.com = your actual domain name.
