Problem reading raw logs

Hi Can anyone help with this?

I can download my raw logs, unzip them but can't open them to read.

I think its because they have been saved with a .com extension windows thinks they are an msdos application.

Am I right in thinking they are actually in a text format?

A bit numpty but I can't find a way to change the file extension to .txt to make it readable.

Yes - they are in text format.

If you open notepad, click File -- >> Open (and then change file type to "All file types" - and open the file directly from there.

And don't forget you can always change the com extension to txt so in future you can just double click on it .
