RVSiteBuilder - conflicting answers

Hi there - having just read a post on here I have a question

When I was on live chat today I was told that RVSiteBuilder was included in the package OR I could purchase SiteBuilder for £25.00pa

When I called Sales however and asked to be pointed to a link where I could look at this RVSiteBuilder I was told that the previous person must have been confused and that no sitebuilder package was included in your web hosting packages and I would have to pay for SiteBuilder instead at £25.00pa

Now I have read a post on here saying that RVSiteBuilder IS included in hosting packages - please could you confirm which is the case please.....

RVsitebuilder is included with the hosting package where as, for Sitestudio(SiteBuilder) package you need to place a separate order.
Also, we provide RVsitebuilder on limited server, if you wish to use RVsitebuilder, we have to migrate your account to that server.
You can open a ticket with support team to get your account migrated to that server.

Thanks for the info - if I find that RV is good enough for my needs - am I able to get a refund of the £25 as the sales guy clearly told me there was no sitebuilder package included in the hosting - even though I discussed my earlier conversation with the online chat guy

Yes, you can contact our billing team regarding refund. They will issue full refund for the Sitestudio package.
