since your support system requires a separate registration to the rest of the stuff, how do you know who we are? When I put in a support request, there is nowhere to fill in my domain name and server name and stuff like that

of course, I don't really want to fill the mean, I would like them to be prefilled

We check your email address in our billing system. Most of the times customers specify a username or IP address or some error with which we can find their account from the billing system.

If we fail to find your domain name then we reply back to your ticket asking for the domain name.

If you want them to help you, you'd leave a get back address or ID, won't you? otherwise, who cares who you are?? This would be like calling an ambulance without telling them where/whom to come

Basically we try every possible way to find out customer information as its not worth to reply back and ask for incomplete information as that will create more work and more tickets on the helpdesk.
