Dont take it in wrong way. Our major problem is that the website hosting has got too many pages now and we kept on adding content as per our requirement and to make information available for the customers but we never used any specific content management software to do so and now if you think of changing the design then thats a huge problem.
Footer was recently changed which you can see. Will add few more things from your suggestion. Wont look for any forum them e as you have mentioned that the existing one is good enough.

Why not just setup one header for the whole website hosting, that way you only have to edit it once. By using php include:

and same for footer.

Thats what we have right now for the main pages of the website hosting. Some internal pages of the support section, knowledgebase & tutorials section is using different header and footer which is the complicated part.

Because I have been having repeated problems recently with connectivity to my website hostings I have been learning a bit about using the tracert command.
I t seems apparent that my domains are not hosted in London, but in the US on the server tutor.eukhost.com [64.38.20.134].
Would you consider moving my domains to the London data centre please?

Yep. We can do this for you.
If you prefer to get this done on weekend then open a ticket on Satuday and we will transfer your account on Saturday night or Sunday morning to reduce the downtime.
Downtime wont be there but for 30 mins to 60 mins some people may get connected on the old website hosting which will add entries to the databases on tutor. We will move your website hosting either on Harrier or vc10.

Chris is a genuine customer and one of the important member of our forum. Potential business that comes from happy customers pays in 3 digit amount so making someone unhappy for £10 is not worth.

LOL. You took it in wrong way. I don't know what hosting package Chris has nor we have made any accounting policies so far for transferring accounts.
We charge customers who ask for data after cancellation as most of the times customers going with other hosts loose their data for some or the other reason and they come back asking for a old backup. We charge them if we manage to locate their backup on any of our backup servers but there's no such charges for active customers.

Initially we will forward A records from tutor to the UK server so you wont have any problems initially. You will have problems while adding new subdomains so you will need to change nameservers after we complete the transfer process.

I've just run tracert on harrier and can see immediately it is potentially a quicker and simpler routing. (routing to tutor was taking 21 hops for the last few days - although it seems to be better this evening!).
I am keen for the move to take place as soon as possible - so if I raise the ticket now can it be done tonight please?

Hi, Thanks for that good service. I think it has made a significant improvement in connection speed for me and connectivity issues also seem to have disappeared.
