In particular on a Windows Shared Hosting plan. I believe Umbraco will work in Medium trust, which I assume is what you get with eUKHost Windows Shared hosting.

It is a open source CMS based on Microsoft's ASP.net. It provides full support for own .NET Controls.

It seems to be an ASP (Classic) application. I have read the documentation of their website hosting and I don't see any thing that we so not support.
It requires:
IIS and SQL Server 2005 Express version.
And we have both on our servers. In case you face any problems we can always deal with it.

Ah right, thanks for clearing that up Jack and Martin . Its amazing the amounts of different CMSs and scripts in general that are available today - its hard to keep up with them all. Having said that I am not particularly surprised that I haven't heard of Umbraco as I am more Linux based than Windows!
