Whats with all these strange invoice emails?

Hi,

Over the past few weeks I've been getting a stream of emails concerning invoices, all of which read "Amount Due = £0.00".

However, I've just received on today for the renewal of 7 of my domain names and three of them state the cost each is £300!!!!

So by the looks of this invoice, I'm due EUK by the 13th of this month, £900!!!!

What's that all about folks??!!!

Erm, I think its safe to say thats a cock up with the billing software - I definitely suggest you contact billing[at]eukhost.com or the billing department via LiveChat straight away so they can sort out the invoices for you.

I have deleted the invoice as there was something wrong with the invoice and I'm trying to figure out what made it generate renewal invoice of £300 for each .eu domain.

You should receive a new renewal invoice for respective domains in next 2 - 3 days.

Hi, thanks Mark, I've got the updated invoice with the correct figures on it now, many thanks.

Think my client will be slightly more happier about what fees he needs to pay now.....lol.
