Add standard MailEnable web mail interface
I think your hosting service is more reliable than other I tested along the years, but please, seriously consider to use standard MailEnable web interface provided with MailEnable Enterprise you said me to have.
Do you have that, or do you use standard version? That's the only reason that I can imagine for which you let user access through Horde.
Bye
Andrea

Hello Andrea,
Thank You for your kind words of appreciation and feedback about our service.
I have checked and found that your account is hosted on one of our shared server SWINDON.
We have MailEnable Enterprise Edition with MEwebmail support on this server.
MEwebmail web interface can be accessed at :-
http://serverIP/MEwebmail
It will redirect you to :-
http://serverIP/MEwebmail/HooDoo/lang/EN/login.aspx
serverIP = the same IP address that you use to access your Plesk panel.
Email account that you create in Plesk can be accessed using MEwebmail as well as Horde.
You have to use the same login details in MEwebmail which you are using while connecting with Horde.

that's a very nice answer, and definitely let me breathe a sigh of relief. What I really don't understand is why after 2 hours of chat, discussing with a Windows supporter, he said me that ME webmail wasn't available at all.
I also noticed that spam filtering, below the specific account, was off, but in cpanel is turned on.
Which is the spam filter that is currently running? Spamassin or ME?
I any case I turned ME one on. If it will start to operate, I won't need to train spam filter via the control panel.
Bye Andrea

You can activate & deactivate the spam filtering for a particular email address from within the Plesk control panel.

We've both the spam filters, ME & Spamassassin actively running on our shared hosting servers.

Do you want this done on the windows shared hosting account or the VPS one?

On the shared hosting. I noticed that despite the spam filter is on for the single e-mail, I don't see "send to spam" on the contextual menu. It would be really helpful.

Hello,
ME Spam filter is a very useful application and very flexible. However Plesk control panel does not have all the required options to configure an account to catch SPAM through Plesk. Most of the very useful features are only available/visible through ME mmc. Since Plesk does have the options we cannot forward them all to our clients.

Spam filters are not always reliable though, so you still have to check the spam box and see if any "good" mail seeded through to it.

Right, you should regularly do a double check on the spambox, just in case the filters have been naughty enough to catch an innocent mail as spam

In any case Spamassasin that you use won't work as I expected. I should move the mail server on another server of my own where I use only MailEnable, also with the spam filter.
Now I'm happy because I get only 2-3 mail of spam per day.
Despite training on your side, despite the interaction of some of your supporter, after 3 weeks I was continuing to get 50mails of spam per day.
I would suggest to provide for each new domain that will be created at least a basic dictionary trained with the most common words to avoid reseller wasting time to train it every time indipendently. And also setup some automatic filter that auto-train it.
For this aspect I'm very disappointed.

Hi Andrea, configuring spam filters for couple of domains & on a non-shared hosting server is rather an uncomplicated task & doesn’t entail much risk. But when you do this for a server hosting a couple of hundred domains, you need to rethink about a small configuration changes & it's huge after effects..
We're pleased to hear that you're receiving less spam now. We've spam filters setup to a best possible level on the shared hosting servers & we take care that none of your legitimate emails are termed as spam in this process of tightening the spam filters & are finally lost/deleted. In my straightforward view, " receiving 10 spam emails is better than to lose one genuine/valid one & that too termed as spam". I believe no one would like the thought of their genuine, legit email being termed as spam & lost/deleted.

Thank you for your suggest, I'll put forth this idea to the makers of the Plesk control panel.. & hope they find an answer to this ongoing issue

Just came across this. Can MEwebmail be installed onto RAPTOR?
The webmail is incredibly slow. Can take up to 2 minutes to login and 5 minutes to display the inbox.
