Has eUKhost ever thought of expanding it's realms a little? I've noticed that emergency services, such as backup communities, private ftp hosting etc can really come in handy for when the customers main server/site goes down?
Monthly backup and Weekly backup is included in all our plans. We dont charge extra for restoring any of this 2 backups.
If you need daily backup or some script to take hourly backup of your database then we would consider moving your account to other server where we will offer such service but the price has not been decided till now.
We will reach to some conclusion once we have good discussion on this topic in this thread.
