Exclamation Be careful when you work on servers?

Hi
In the last few months I found several problems coming up on Linux Shared Hosting and I am on Platinum!

Most of the time is htaccess problems which makes me think you keep tighten security - ok, but I had several problems as in non working sites.

Lately I had one site offline for 4 days and I was on a short holiday - normally I check all websites and I forgot to check this one in particular.

I only noticed the problem when I went back to work and had to open a ANGRY ticket.

I am still angry at that, in fact today I went to add more products to a non-public-yet-and-under-password-website and when I clicked a pop-up HTML editor I got something else.

That made me check the site and I checked it with another PC and found the site password protection not working anymore!

BY ITSELF?
I did not touch anything.

So, I changed password, deleted the user and recreated it, etc. and still was not working.

As soon as I raised a ticket + a copy for the Admin, after a few minutes it worked again.

Now, I want to know what is going on?

Who is playing with customers accounts?

Who is doing maintenance to your servers and forgets there are customers on those servers like me that need to get some bread and butter on our table and feed the family?

I cannot keep checking out eUKhost is doing their job!

This is not on and I rarely get a 'clear' explanation of what happened.
Are you training new staff and I am on that sever?
I pay what you ask, but I do not seem to get the service I paid for.

I noticed you are advertising on .NET magazine etc and I hope you do not become too big or we, the customers are those that will loose.
