I have replied to your ticket with a detailed explanation.
I had a look at exim_filter logs on the server and I managed to figure out 3 emails which were sent by
your@sender on 21st October and all 3 were discarded by exim_filter. exim_filter discards specific emails which contain spam keywords like Viagra, Cialiis and so on.
You can check following article to check all the keywords which are discarded by exim_filter. :-

There's no way to disable this filter on the server as all other customers hosted on the same server will start receiving many spams if we disable exim_filter. If you can contact the sender of these emails and send us content of those emails in a ticket, then it will help us to make changes in the exim_filter configuration to allow emails with the keywords that were considered as spam keywords.
