Also please provide me a link with the rules

No, your signature is judged at moderators discretion - if we deem it's "over the top", we will remove it.

What I thought he meant by 14 links was in a format of something like this:

If your signature is small and only consists of a few lines, it's fine.

@Thomas... Eidolon & David are mentioning that those 14 links are referring to your signature, you have the same link 14 times in your signature

Theres not!

Theres 13 links in a line on the bottom but there is also a link right at the top of the signature to the same web address. Hence making it 14!
