Bran is something you eat, I think you mean a BRAND new skin. Looks OK, could have a choice though like a lot of forums do

Nice clean forum..easy to navigate. However can I make a couple of suggestions??

What about adding a couple more forums, for example a forum for VPS hosting, Dedicated hosting, Software Support....

Also I dont know if it is just me but why is the date format on posts set to US??

Just Suggestions

Hello Lasor,

We've started VPS plans just before 1 week so we dont have many VPS customers right now. We will start VPS section in few weeks once we have good number of VPS customers who would contribute in discussion. I'll have someone to add Dedicated Server and Software Support forums by the end of this week.

Time Zone on threads has been set GMT and you must have noticed that after replying to this thread. you have replied to this thread at 4 PM UK time.

I think in the user CP, you can set your time zone settings on most v bull forums.
software support forum sounds good, but i don't think enough ppl have dedicated servers with euk to have its own forum

True.

We have very few dedicated server customers as we never focussed on dedicated hosting before 2006. Major problem in selling dedicated servers in UK is the cost and bandwidth limitations on servers. Its very difficult to afford dedicated server based in UK and the technical knowledge of the datacenters providing co-location in UK is very poor in comparision with US datacenters.

We have staff who can resolve any level of technical issues within short time but we need to keep KVM enabled on our servers to do so and cost of KVM is also not affordable for customers. We have KVM enabled for our servers but to give dedicated server to customers for low cost would be very difficult. We believe in offering managed dedicated servers only as we know importance of business of the customers who will have their websites on those servers and to offer managed dedicated server KVM would be very important for our inhouse team to fix any kind of problem that may arise.

Well... its just a matter of time. Just take a look at the dedicated server section in our forum after 3 - 4 months and you will see everything changed

On the matter of forum design, what's going on with the forum header? It's suddenly gone huge.

Odd, as I only checked it at 10:30am from this computer. This is my computer at work, so that last time I'll have viewed the forums from here would have been Friday afternoon. Oh well looks a bit better now than it did earlier.

Hello Faital,

Please let us know what specific information you need.

This seems to be your first post and sounds strange.

Hi,

I like the php and mysql forums. Would it be possible to have a Javascript/Ajax forum as I'm sure there are a few tech people that would love to share some scripts and others (myself) that would love to learn from them.

Just a little thought.

Cheers,
