When i called you guys once I had really bad feedback loop going on.

Wasn't sure what country the call was to.

I'm all for VOIP though. They should get it sorted as its a great idea at least.

i remember using skype a couple of years ago, when it was stilll in beta, even then its was crystal clear, now its even better.

Our toll free phone support works on VOIP as it has many good features but we are cosidering other options for betterment of that part of our service.

Helpdesk / Chat is recommended for instant response and resolution. resolving issues on phone takes long time.
