You see when you're in your eclipse control panel go to your domain and you can go to external ip...go to there.
Getting your external ip.
There are several ways, i will tell 2 ways.
1)In your cpanel there's the shared ip you can see..that's your external ip
2)--In windows go to start menu--> CMD (command) ==> type in"ping domain.com" and you'll get an ip.
That's it folks!
--WAY2 ask their staff via tickets to modify dns..but as their staff is slow...
---Eclipse is a domain registrar.. (eclipse . net .uk)
