connection error message

when I try to setup my database connection I get this error message............



eukhost must be able to connect to MySQL Server so what am i doing wrong?

I have tested the server behaviors and i can conect to my website hosting, but have problems accessing the database so my login system can check against it. i tried to spk to chat support but explaining what i mean was impossible. For some reason eukhost cannot access this MySQL Server and i have no idea why
