help with new site please

i am trying to upload a website hosting through frontpage which i have followed the how to guide but when it asks for my url i click ok then it says server error may not have frontpage extensions installed. i have checked in my control pannel it says they are? could it be the domain name i asked to be transfered isnt working?
new to this so sorry if it's a simple fix (i doubt it though)

Nope, this error can often occur, i would suggest, uninstalling and then re-installing frontpage extensions. If the problem persists contact support. If you are a reseller reinstall via WHM if you still have problems.

Frontpage Extensions do cause problems sometimes (as I have found out!!) even when they have worked well for a while. If you can't sort it out on your own then contact support - they can normally sort it out very fast and have done for me in the past.
