Default Help required on using FTP

Having problems using my FTP program to update my web files.
it is asking me for the host , is this just the www address of my website hosting?
is the user name and password the same as those that I log into eukhost with?
I only have a email address to log into eukhost, how do I findout my user name?
Also had the same problem when using frontpage to update the files.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

yeah, just the domain name without the www part.

This should be the same as the name/pw you need to login to Cpanel. EUK should have emailed this to you when they set up your account.

EUK use the username that you specify when you buy the hosting IIRC, so you should know this.
See above. ^

I know nothing about Frontpage sorry, but it probably just needs the username/pw.
