I have an instalation of Joomla on www.claytonnewmexico.net/gunshow and everytime I make a change to the settings and save it goes back to www.claytonnewmexico.net without saving. Is this Mod security, and how can I fix this ?

I was going to say - definitely sounds like mod_sec to me!
