Default Please help!

I am so frustrated trying to set up my website. The video tutorials do not work in my control panel.

I am downloading features from Fantastico for my site, but cannot see them. I do not know where this stuff is (blog, forum, etc). This website builder package is so difficult to use when you cannot see what you are creating as you can only see the control panel.

I have also downloaded a template to change the look of my site which I downloaded from Fantastico. Where is it??

I am slowly going out of my mind and thinking of canceling this and just paying for a web designer. Can someone help me please?

I have tried the support contact on the website but no reply as yet

Hello,

We have already replied to the support ticket you've opened. I would suggest you to refer to it for more detailed explanation. Your site is displaying all the uploaded content. You can open a ticket in linux support department when you have any technical issue.
Please reply the same ticket or post here if you need any assistance.

Regards,
Eric
