Creating Folders In File Manager (v3)

I don't know whether this is another bug but....

Why in File Manager (v3) when you click "New Folder" and type in the folder name and then click OK it doesn't actually create the folder?

Is anyone else having this problem?

Works fine for me. - Have you got sufficient chmod settings on the parent folder of the folder you're trying to create the new directory?

Yes the permissions are correct.

I have just gone back into file manager and the folder has mysteriously appeared now, a few hours after its initial creation.

That a very slow response time - oh well its created the folder now - hope it is faster in the future!
