Hi Wayne,

Are you referring to the default login information email sent by WHM or are you trying to send welcome email to customers from some billing system?

I am saying that I still dont have a billing system as yet so doing things manually.

When I create an account, I get e-mailed but what would be my customer does not.

So they wouldnt know how to loginto theior account or anything.

I am guessing I havn't set this up properly yet?

Thanks
MadW

Hi Wayne,

WHM will simply send the IP, username and password to your customers once you add their account from your WHM. WHM is not designed to act as a billing system, so you cannot send proper welcome email to your customers from WHM.

You will need to send welcome email manually till you setup some billing system. You can consider one of the free billing softwares available in Fantastico section of your cpanel control panel. Accountlabs is one which comes with Fantastico.
