Ftp access help please
Hi all,
Who's a silly billy then . . . ?!
I have 4 database accounts along with user names, nothing strange I know but like an idiot
the file with all the passwords etc, is unavailable [yup you guessed, deleted by mistake !].
So, how do I go about getting ftp access for the whole account as opposed to each individual database ?
I'm using 'Filezilla' and am not the brightest coin in the pile so any help is much appreciated !
Kind regards,
Jon

In case you have a cPanel account, the FTP login details are the ones you use to login to your cPanel.
If you are still unsure or use a different control panel please contact the support team.

Ho Jon,
May be there's a need to synchronize FTP password for your account to get this working for you. Yes, please contact support and I am sure your issue will be resolved.

Hi Jennifer,
It's very kind of you to help, my thanks !
However, is the synchronize ftp password something I can do myself ?
I'm very keen on learning DIY and hate having to bother support.
Kind regards,
Jon

No, you cant do it yourself, you will have to get in touch with technical support staff for FTP password synchronization. Open a ticket or get them via Live chat
