Hi,
I'm new to eUKhost and have just starting using Squirrel Mail. Can anyone advise how I can can send a message from one of my accounts to about 30 people at the same time. I've looked at Mailman but don't really want anything as complex as a mailing list. I won't be having a newsletter or anything like that. I literally want to send to about 30 companies telling them about a new website I've launched. Is my only option to send to a new message to each of the recipients individually.
Also how do I go about attaching my website masthead (logo) to the top of the message? Is this advisable or do most people have image blockers etc on their email programs these days.
Any feedback would be appreciated.

I think in normal email, BCC means people can't see who else the email is sent to.... I would check that online before doing it though or by trying to send it to a couple of your own email accounts and see whether each can see it was sent to someone else.

Header wise, I would think if you just use html and pull the image from your website would be better than sending it as an attachment everytime.

Thanks for that Jonathan...I'll try the website logo suggestion. Regarding sending blind copies (BCC)....I thought whoever you send one to is aware of others receiving a message, but the others don't know it has been sent to the 'blind copy' recipient. I just want to send to about 25 people at once without having to send the same message 25 times with a different name on each.

If you sent the email to yourself in the to field and put everyone elses email addresses in the BCC field, they will only see it was sent to you and no-one else. Try it out before hand but I just did it with my accounts and it seemed to work.
