Cpanel - WHM.

Nothing else is better with Linux servers. Directadmin is also quite good in terms of security but functions in cpanel are much more than directadmin.

You cannot buy cpanel license for $80. That would be monthly leased licensing cost.

Verify with him as no one will sell you one time license for $80.
