Default New user - Email

Hi all,
This should be an easy one and not something I want to bother Support about.
I have an email account on one of my domains I want to share with someone else. [one of my forum staff]
How do I give this person full access to this one email account ?
Thanks,
Jon

Hi David,
I've tried that and it takes them straight to the Default email address. I therefore changed the default to the account I want and nothing seems to happen. I use http://my domain:2096 from my browser but then I have to use my main CP sign-in details and again it goes to the default.
Any chance you can guide me further please ?
Thanks,
Jon

Apologies for butting in but presume you're talking cPanel WebMail (Horde etc), then port 2096 is for secure access so you would need https://mydomain.tld:2096 (Alternatively http://mydomain.tld:2095).

At the login prompt, enter the full email address user@mydomain.tld or user+mydomain.tld along with the correct password. Works for me ...

You can access the webmail login directly by going to http://mydomain.com/webmail and entering the username - which is the email address - and the password

Default Something else learnt !

Hi you two,
Big thanks to you both for your help, something else I've learned how to do !
I tried both ways and they work like a dream, that'll save me having to do it the hard way in the future.
Regards,
Jon
