Pre-propagation

I just started with a hosting package here and though I searched through the forums and the FAQ I don't seem to be able to find the answer to my question :

on Windows hosting, is there a way to set a pre-propagation URL to check the functioning of the web website before it goes live after the nameservers have been changed ?

on windows we need to manually create temporary URL for you so open a ticket and let us know your domain name and we will get back to you with temporary URL.

Make sure that you open the ticket from http://support.eukhost.com only.
