Security Applied to my webspace

When I try to view my website, or any subdomain, I consistently get the default error page sying that I am not authorized to vie the page, an email to support gets this removed only for it to be reapplied at some stage.

Can anyone explain why this might be happening, I asked support for a reason, but one is not forthcoming.

Have you tried using file manager in CPanel to view the folder in question?

When in file manager, click on the the foldername in question and then on the right pane there will be an option called 'Change Permissions'.

I use 755 for folders and 644 for files.
