Unlimited Email Addresses?
Hello experts,
I would just like to know what are those Unlimited Email Addresses indicated on the General Information of my control panel?
Does it mean I can have like user@domain.com? If so, how can i enable this feature and how do I set it to make on all members of my forum?
Thanks in advanced...!

Unlimited email addresses means you can create unlimited email accounts or email redirects using your cpanel. Just navigate to the section where webmail and all the other mail links are located and go to "Email Accounts" or "Forwarders" depending on what you want: a real email like ( yourname@yourdomain.com, considering yourdomain.com:2082 is in your browser navigation bar) or a forward email account ( yourname@yourdomain.com, considering yourdomain.com:2082 is in your browser navigation bar. This will redirect all mail that came for yourname to a real email address like your yahoo mail)

You can create unlimited email accounts on all the domains attached to your hosting account. You can create email accounts such as user@mydomain.com and so on, where mydomain.com = your actual domain name. Once an email account is created you can then configure your email program to access that email account.

Make sure you assign proper diskspace quota for each mail account you have created for domains, It should not exceed assigned webspace for your hosting account.

Actually, rickysymo, I disagree about using a free web host for email or even web hosting if you plan to have reliable service. If your site and email is mission critical (and let's face it, if it's a business site, it always is), then you want the kind of security and stability that a good web host can provide. You get both on eUKhost, which is more than can be said of any free host.

Well, there are sites which can offer you free web hosting services but the reliability is what makes paid hosting services different from free website hosting services Also, when it comes to hosting services, one of the most important thing is support and you cannot expect 24x7 quality support if you go for free hosting services
Instead, of free hosting services, it is better to choose a basic shared hosting package for your site and then upgrade your package when the requirements increase You can opt for a basic shared hosting package for an affordable cost. You can check the below URL to find out more information about difference between free and paid hosting services :

You mean, when someone signs up to your forum, you want the forum software to create an email address at your domain for them? FYI, you cannot do that; no forum software I know of has the capability to interact with cpanel in that way.
You either have to create each email account manually in cpanel as described, or import a list of users from an Comma Separated Values (CSV) file (eg. a list exported from excel).
Anyway, unless you moderate new forum accounts, it would be a very, very bad idea to give anyone who signs up to your forum an email address. I guarantee your server IP/domain would be blacklisted within a fortnight. Only give email accounts at your domain to people who you know and trust.

Nothing comes in this world for Free, not even the new born baby. You need to pay the Hospital Bills for that.
I believe that all the Free Stuff is only for Kids.

They are neither for Kids though
The sites offering Free hosting place unwanted advertisements on your website. Does it worth to have those advertisement? Never!
It is always a genuine hosting provider like EUK who offers a hosting for few pennies and the support they offer is the one that we cannot pay for.

Well, when I heard about free hosting services, the only thing I had in mind was, why would someone offer free hosting services to someone as there is no profit for the hosting provider who offers free hosting services Later I got information about the advertisements which will be placed on the sites if I go for free hosting services
Free hosting services won't give you any benefit. If you opt for free hosting services, you will have your own content on the site and you will have to keep some advertisements on the site in order to continue free hosting services. Also, due to these advertisements, your site will not get good rankings it should have on the search engines as there will be outgoing links from your site
You cannot expect good quality support from a free web hosting provider. Hence, you shouldn't think of any profit from your site if you go for a free web hosting provider

Well, i havn't saw any community board offering free email address if you signup with them Just imagine...... if all forum users start sending out emails simultaneously soon you may reach max limit set by your webhost and your account may get suspended

'Internet Filter' software like netnanny, cyberpatrol and K9 works with younger kids, but older ones (12+) can nearly always find a way around it (eg. a linux boot disk, proxy servers, etc). The best strategy is to have the computer in a shared room so you can see what they're doing at any random point; computers in children's bedrooms is the worst situation.
Trying to stop older children seeing inappropriate material, or behaving dangerously or badly, when you're not there is almost impossible. So I think it is very important to educate them about how to use the internet properly and safely *despite* having access to nasty, dangerous content. If we don't teach them how to be responsible, then how will they learn to be responsible? Internet filters are like locking up the cigarettes, without teaching the child *why* they shouldn't smoke or the consequences of trying it. As soon as the locks come off, the first thing they'll do is light one up.

I have RealVNC installed on all pc's in the house and my 14 year old son has to run it in able to be allowed internet access. It is handy because he then knows that I can drop into his desktop any time to see what he is doing. It is his incentive not to look for anything untoward in case I decide to look in!!
