Default WHM Themes Problem after cPanel update?

I've observed that with the recent update to WHM 11.2.0 cPanel 11.8.0-R16150 the Create Account form files are missing for all themes other than 'x' — anyone else been affected by this?

Seems fine here, re-update or reupload the theme files.

have you change cPanel themes of all clients ?

You need to do so from Migrate Skin Wizard in your WHM and upgrade all your X skin users to x3.

Sorry, perhaps I misled you all? I'm referring to WHM themes, not cPanel themes for users.

Here's a typical response in WHM:

only the .../themes/x/templates folder has the file creatacct.

I think this has happened to my server once previously after an update — anyway I submitted a ticket just after I posted the topic here but I have yet to receive a reply ...

Default Update

I've just received this from Tech Support:

Yes this seems to be a bug with cpanel, for now you will have to set "X" as a default cpanel theme. We will have to ask this to cpanel engineers, can you please open a ticket to cpanel from "WHM >> Support >> Support Center >> Contact cPanel".

Please get back to us if you need any further assistance.

Default Further Update

Well I followed Shane's suggestion and opened a ticket with cPanel — a few hours later they came back with this concise answer:

"...Your XT3 theme would be 3rdparty and will need to be re-cloned from x3 in order to work properly with cPanel 11."

As far as I recall, *I* didn't install any of the WHM additional themes, they came with my server! So, if cPanel didn't install them, did eUKhost?

I've since asked Tech Support how will this now be resolved ...

After further checking and googling I have since discovered that my WHMXtra AddOn was responsible for installing the XT themes and I had longsince forgotten about this, so I will be taking it up with their Support team — sorry for the confusion!
