Animated Gifs Faster In Firefox Than IE!?
At first I thought it was my installation of Firefox that made all animated gifs go at super fast psychodellic speed! But both my friends computers are on Firefox and theres are the same!!
What is wrong with Firefox - is it living in the fast lane?
Has anyone else noticed this? (or are me and my friends just wierd? - honestly there is a huge difference in gif speed between firefox and IE - I am looking at it now!)

LOL, thanks for the replies and the link Brian.
Firefox? Have a bug? Surly not? - when did Microsoft get to touch it
IE Right over Firefox jc? Right, I think we should take a poll - shall we burn him at the stake or offer him to Bill Gates as a pet?

Differnece between the two jc is that Ff is free compared to IE. Ff has one goal and one goal only. To bring the internet (as its defined by W3) to you, IE brings you a product. They bring things the way they want you to view it, and sued countless people on the way there too

That way you'll never get my qualifications David. Lol.
And I was merely suggesting a hypothesis. I never said it was right!
It's just one of those annoying things that when you design a website hosting, you check it in one and then look at the other and it looks a mess.... IT ANNOYS ME AN AWFUL LOT!

Oh yes thats right. Focus David!!
Lets be nice to him......... ( and save his punishment for later hehehe )
Tell me about it - you have to design one website hosting for IE, one for Firefox, one for Opera, one for ****** phones and one for your Auntie Brown who lives at number 42 down the road - completely rediculous!!

To be honest, I'm not entirely sure why everyone who uses Firefox is completely biased in every single way.
My default browser is currently Internet Explorer 7.0, but that doesn't mean I hate firefox. Firefox should stop claiming it's the fasted graphical browser for windows anyway, because it's not.
I just wish someone would port konq to doze, coz konq is a really good browser.

Well, you know I love IE and Vista. Can't get enough of them, particularly Vista and it's compatibility issues!
And all browsers are good for different things. I found a really comparison for all the major one's a while back with timings for different things. IE won for some, firefox for others etc.

Right, your to be punished next lol . Firefox however is far more secure than IE! I can't tell you all the loop holes that have been exploited in it (to my computer healths detrement )
