Beautiful Weather
I have got to say, I for one am very pleased that Summer actually finally seems to be here! . It is a long time overdue mind, but rather have it come late than not at all. Aparently yesterday on the radio they were saying it got up to 30 degrees - which I havent heard in a long time but I was out for most of the day and was uncomfortably warm for a lot of it and having to drink a lot of water!
Hopefully the weather can carry on like this as I'm not getting a holiday this year so having holiday weather down here will be a small compensation!
Hows it been outside of Manchester?

Is that typical of weather in Norway? Or is it usually like our weather?

The weather frequently change here due to it greatly influenced by Atlantic weather, summer are short and winter follow with strong cold winds. goscandinavia.about.com/od/norwa1/ss/weathernorway.htm

I've jinxed it lol - got up this morning and it was raining. However it has stopped now and is still quite warm at 18 degrees.
38? - oh god I don't think I could cope with that - it was hard enough coping with 30 on Sunday!

I sat on a train all day yesterday and watched the nice weather go by
Then I got off the train and got soaked by the bloody rain!

That sounds like Britain to me!!
A bit like last Friday when it was sunny, even at 6am and sunny all the time i was at work and all the time driving home. I went to bed for a little sleep before going out and to my surprise it was still sunny!! I got half way into town to go out (without a coat) and it chucked down - and didnt stop all night. Bloody typical!

What sounds even more like Britain was that we had to drive 50 miles to the station, and we left late and were guaranteed to miss the train since we got stuck behind 3 lorries and then when we got to Cheltenham all the bleadin traffic lights kept going red when we got to them! And what's classic is that when we got to the train station, the darn thing was 20 minutes late... mucking up all our other connections!
A bit of sods law mixed in there as well I would say...

Yer, but then again, you were relying on not only public transport but public transport provided by Network Rail - you had no chance!!
