Big Brother: Housemates must stay awake for 50 hours

I totally disagree with this. Firstly apparently it is very dangerous to stay awake too long as it can cause long-term effects.

Onto what the housemates must perform is they must stay awake for a total of 50hrs. If a housemate closes his/her eyes for longer than a minute, the timer starts counting down. If the timer reaches zero, they fail the task. If I could quote the following part of the article:

The housemates were summoned to the living area which, while out of bounds, had been transformed into a grotto of sleepiness - a den so cosy that trying to resist snuggling up and snoozing would be like an alligator trying to resist a large fillet steak.

LOL. This made me laugh. I wonder how the housemates will cope during the 50hrs?

Im watching the show now. I doubt it would be classes as a health risk as they will have had to check with health officials before it happened. If not, i hope they dont expect a big lawsuit turning up on their doors.

I love it - go big brother. I love the way Channelle came out of the diary room and ruined her 'secret' mission almost straight away by telling Ziggy. lol

This clarifies my question then, I wouldn't of personally done the task either. I hope Big Brother wakes them up at 9am with a massive blast of noise. And if I remember Tracy said in the diary room "bring it on" lol. Big Brother brung it, housemates ditched it. I hope the next task is even worser .

lol, it was funny. Charley is definatley the worst out of the lot of them. Always trying to attention seek by creating arguments between people. I cant stand her at all..

Hehe, knew they would never manage it - its hard staying up 24 hours let alone 50!!
