Dealing with communities
We currently have a community setup, but it's hard to administer due to the sheer number of visitors it can attract!
Has anyone thought of a way to cleverly manage abusive users?
What we currently do, is have a private forum for admins. Admins then create a new topic, with the name of the user causing problems.
This makes it easy to find. Then once the user breaks a rule, we add this plus evidence to the topic, depending on what the user did then it's 3 strikes
This only works however if you have an enforced TOS.
What are your ideas?
