Free? At Uni they are always moaning about using too much bandwidth, getting restritcted by the peeps that look after the academic institutions internet etc etc.

Its already happening! - students are either in bed at the timee mentioned or out partying. Hell, it should be fast all the time, we're always out or in bed as everyone knows!!!
