Double posted when I clicked submit button once
Others are experiencing the same thing, when replying I click the submit button once but it double posts the message in any topic sometimes. Last time it happened I was using FireFox 3. Has something been changed in the forum since?

I think mod_sec rules are behind this...

Yes. We have updated mod_security rules on our server, but I didn't see any such problems.
Please let me know if you are clicking submit button twice or does this happen even if you click the submit button once?

It has happened multiple times in different topics and I pressed the submit button only once. Another user of the forum also had the same problem in this thread (bytemaster - he/she deleted a double post and Reason states: Reason: double post again, only pressing submit button once.)
This problem is definitely recent.

I have had this problem, as well on different sites. Isn't there a software that you can integrate into the board that will not allow double posting? I have seen it somewhere, I just don't remember the details.

If you could post the other forums that have the same problem, not sure if its a vBulletin issue or a server-based issue.

I faced a similar issue today while posting a reply in one of the threads, following is the URL : Keyword Placing
It seems that it is an issue with vBulletin.

Not sure if its related but sometimes when I click Submit or Post Quick Reply it takes me to a Save Page dialog and I then have to press again to make the actual post. It seems to have stopped doing it temporarily at the moment.
