Tried to search for 'car' on standard Google and Leet version and there was no difference in the output on the first page apart from related searches at the bottom of the page. General public are being offered quite general related search terms while hackers get searches relates to specific car models. Interesting.

It is easy for hacker to pull out information through inputting commands into Google and use them as reverse-engineering tool.
