I think that was a wrong question. It should've read how many Euk Toasters?

I was not here in 2002 so I have no knowledge of the number of customers Robert had managed in 2002. I joined in the beginning of 2004.

Congratulations Mark! That's a fantastic job.

Count my Gold and Platinum plans. I have been with eUKhost since last 6 months and found the services and commitment from Mark are unbelievable. Thanks.

at least 50% of our customers don't know what a forum is and how to post in the forum. There are many other reasons which keep the forum strength low. Many customers will come on forum when some newsletter is sent to them with forum link but they don't post. people prefer to read only.

You have got a point there. I mean, I didn't know about the forum for a couple of months after I joined. Having said that I didn't really look around the eUKhost website hosting that much after I had purchased my hosting plan, so I suppose with a bit of looking I would have found it sooner!

I suppose half the problem is actually getting people to know about the forum and the other half of the problem is to entice people to post and contribute more information to the forum.

It was the forum that swayed me to purchase my reseller package - after seeing that it could be an extra form of your support network. I noticed that people with problems were getting fairly quick responses via the forum so that takes the edge of waiting for hours in the dark after opening a ticket - which is what happens with most WebHosts. And since joining I've been glad of it to help iron out a few teething niggles.
This forum is a tremendous asset in my view.

It is a good place. And also regarding support, it give others the chance to help you if they know the solution as when opening a ticket only eUKhost support can see that and help you with it. So it can definitely help you get your problems solved faster!

I agree. As many now current customers have said, the forum persuaded them to sign up for a hosting package due to the comments and discussions from other users

It is because the forum is full of friendly and helpful people. A lot of helpful members are online all the time so many support queries are answered within a matter of minutes. Many companies will provide support but only via e-mail which isn't convenient to some people, because some people prefer to e-mail, some people prefer to post on the forums and some people prefer to phone. With eUKhost you get all the support options you would need. And like Mark said previously on this topic the forum will become even more busier which will persuade more and more pre-customers to sign up.
