ISP downtime!
I have been most unhappy for the past 7 days as it has taken an entire week since reporting a problem with both my internet and tv services for them to even come out and fix it!!
I have recently been singing their praises but this has really annoyed me. I have never heard of it taking so long for an ISP to send someone out to fix a problem like this.
Has anyone else ever experienced such delays?
